In the past 30 years, our university-industry cooperation has been developing rapidly, which attracted the attention of many scholars. Scholars focus on different angles of our university-industry cooperation research, mainly in the mode of cooperation, partnership model, the efficiency of cooperation and other aspects. In recent years, with the gradual expansion of the scale of research cooperation, many scholars focus their attention on the nature of the research partnership- the network, more research begun to study on structure and evolution, which can be found not only can find out the problems of university-industry cooperation of our China, to improve the performance of research cooperation, but also provide support for the development of our university-industry cooperation for decision-making.Based on the collaboration patent, we built the Industry-University-Research institute collaborative innovation networks in this study. Patent as the outpus of the university-industry cooperation can not only effectively portray the relationship between the body and research cooperation, but also effectively reflect changes in our cooperative output. Therefore, the data in China Intellectual Property Patent(CNIPR) patent database be used to build the UIG institute collaborative innovation networks, use the complex network theory to build analytical framework to analysis the structure of the innovation network measure. Finally, collaboration on research time and space to study the evolution of innovation networks, and draw evolutionary pattern.Through the research we found that:(1) our research collaborative innovation network topology and network weights exhibit the same structural features;(2) our research collaborative innovation network showed obvious stage characteristics;(3) our research cyberspace evolution from "single-core structure" to "triple-core structure," development. This conclusion is based on the following revelation:(1) the rapid development of high-tech enterprises is expected to inject new vitality into our research cooperation;(2) to optimize the allocation of resources,break the barriers to research cooperation;(3) the expansion of the city’s core radiation "power " drive around the formation of regional innovation efforts.In addition, the collaborative innovation network analysis framework constructed in this paper is mainly based on complex network theory, measure theory failed to take into account the network Sociological Perspective, such framework has further room for improvement; paper patent data descriptive statistics are still not detailed enough, in article no further study of CAS research institutes within the system status in the research collaborative innovation networks, the existing lack of descriptive statistics dig; moreover, only for the analysis of the temporal evolution of the results of the analysis of the evolution, while ignoring the evolutionary path, therefore this study, there are still shortcomings.
