In the21st century, regional integration and economic globalization become twoparallel and mutual trend of the times. The process of EU integration entered a new stage ofdevelopment and the cooperation of East Asia region leapt a new level;New York, Beijing,London, Paris and other large urban agglomerations have been rising, region has becomean important force to be reckoned with in the development of world economy andScience and Technology. Fully mobilization and coordinate various resources within theregion, the effective realization of collaborative innovation at the regional level,it is theinevitable result and the important content of the deepening regional cooperation.Throughout the development of innovative practices in developed countries, toachieve regional and global collaborative innovation and maximum integration ofinnovative elements,one of the most important successful experience is to break boundariesof the field and build up a huge network of innovation. From the reality of our situation,collaborative innovation has become a race to explore new innovative mode in theprovinces. Bombs and one satellite’s project, Manned Space Engineering, Chang E projectand other major technological breakthroughs are undoubtedly Chinese characteristicsresults of collaborative innovation. In recent years, Beijing, Jiangsu and other provincesare promoting the original innovation, integrated innovation and the introduction ofabsorption, while also exploring consciously collaborative innovation model, and expext togo ahead in the new round of innovation, to strive for innovation advantage.Firstly, through the contex of domestic regional collaborative innovation research,this article explains significance of this study and the main research content.In the second chapter,with the theoretical basis of domestic regional scientific andtechnological and collaborative innovation amd clue of technology innovation chain,webuild this theoretical framework.Chapter III presents the analysis of the Chinese currentsituation of regional science and technology, and pointe out some problems atpresent.Chapter IV Identifies evaluation index system and the calculation model ofcollaborative degree.In the fifth chapter,we calculate collaborative degree for eachprovince, compare the results of provinces and analyze the relationship betweenintegrated innovation capability and collaborative degree with regression analysis, in orderto explain this article’s assumption conclusion: the higher the degree of technologicalinnovation collaborative,the stronger regional integrated innovation capability.The finalchapter summarize the conclusions of this paper and put forward targeted policies and proposals.
