The Analysis Of Renewable Energy Electricity Price And Subsidies In Our Country

Currently the renewable energy power is in the stage of rapid development in our country. As the important measures to support the development of renewable energy electricity, the effective formulation and implementation of the renewable energy electricity price and subsidy policy, will effectively promote the rapid growth of the renewable energy power generation capacity. Therefore,conduct a comprehensive analysis of the renewable energy electricity price and subsidy policy, delve into renewable energy electricity price and electricity price and the inner link between subsidies, to be perfect and effective implementation of the renewable power policy in our country, and provide strong theoretical support, is conducive to sustained and rapid growth of our country’s renewable energy power.Through the analysis of subsidies for renewable energy electricity price in our country,this article thought that the current main problems in this field has the following points:(1)Unreasonable way for the making method of feed-in tariff;(2)Feed-in tariff subsidy policy lack of annual decline mechanism;(3)Subsidy funds is not enough to make up for the rapid growth of the installed capacity requirements;(4)Subsidies are not based on renewable energy development planning objectives for dynamic adjustment;(5)Feed-in tariff policy is too single, and the enterprise has no choice. To solve these problems, this paper puts forward the following Suggestions:(1)Feed-in tariff policy should consider the influence of many factors;(2)Accelerate the reform of the price of electricity market, which will strengthen the construction of transmission electricity facilities;(3)Widen the subsidies supporting channel of the renewable energy electricity;(4)Combine the setting of subsidies level with the annual renewable energy power generation capacity;(5)Put forward a variety of feed-in tariff policy models for enterprises to choose from.Through the analysis of the questions, this paper get the following conclusions:(1) feed-in tariff policy(FIT) with the stable policy framework and transparent investment agreement, a higher level of price subsidy, can improve the safety of the project investment, arouse the enthusiasm of investors to participate in, and effectively promote the rapid growth of the renewable energy power generation capacity.(2) Accelerating the construction of transport electricity facilities is only the temporary solution to abandon the wind and light power brownouts measures. According to the characteristics of different resource types and different areas、the development situation of renewable power in the annual plans, we develop the new power generation capacity.(3) In the short term, with the rapid growth of renewable energy power generation capacity, we should improve the standard of renewable energy electricity additional levy. At the same time, with the rise of the technical level of the renewable energy power and the reducing of the construction project investment cost, the government should gradually lower the annual subsidies for renewable energy generation decline rate, and reduce the development of renewable energy power dependence on subsidies policy and national renewable energy electricity subsidy funds pressure.
