Research Of Rural Collective Land Expropriation Mode In Shandong

Rural collective land expropriation is an important work in the land expropriation, properly resolving the contradictions and problems encountered in the process of collective land expropriation is an important guarantee for the maintenance of social stability, reasonable land requisition compensation work is an important condition for ensuring the rights and interests of farmers. In this paper, taking three kinds of typical rural collective land expropriation mode of Weifang, Yantai and Tai’an in Shandong Province as the object of study,expounds the advantages and disadvantages of the three modes from the achievements and shortcomings, the connotation and characteristics of land acquisition mode and operation mechanism, and illustrates the specific working mechanism model. Through comparative analysis and comprehensive analysis, multiple pattern superiority, proposed one kind of new pattern of rural collective land expropriation, from perfecting the law, scope, compensation and resettlement etc.. Finally, in view of the problems of rural collective land acquisition in Shandong Province, combining with the domestic and foreign research present situation, proposes the rationalization proposal, offering reference for other related research.This paper is divided into the six parts: the first chapter describes the system of rural collective land expropriation mode research purpose and significance, through the analysis and comparison of domestic and foreign research present situation, proposed the research methods and technical route; the second chapter in the land expropriation mode theory research, from the concept, theory and legal aspects provides a scientific basis to collection mode of rural the collective land; the third chapter takes Shandong Province as the research object, discussing the existing system present situation of Shandong Province, rural collective land requisition and the type of problems; the fourth chapter selects the Weifang, Yantai, Tai’an- three kinds of typical land acquisition mode, from the achievement and deficiency of operating mechanism, combined with a typical case analysis the advantages and disadvantages of mode, through contrast and comparison analysis puts forward new requisition pattern; the fifth chapter gives rationalization proposals and countermeasures combining with land acquisition problems existed in Shandong Province; the sixth chapter, finally, study on land expropriation mode through comprehensive analysis, makes the prospects for future research in the new situation, provides the reference for other rural collective land expropriation mode.
