Research On Land Use Problems And Countermeasures For Tourist Attractions In Donggang District, Rizhao City

Rizhao is a new coastal city with rich tourism resources and rapid development of tourism.Donggang District is the main body of Rizhao's tourism space.With the implementation of the strategy of "rich tourism city" and the further promotion of tourism in the whole region,the number and scale of tourist attractions are increasing,and the land use problem of tourist attractions is becoming increasingly prominent.Taking the land use of Donggang scenic spot as the research object,this paper analyzes the overall situation of the scale,type and distribution of Donggang scenic spot,describes the current situation of the land use of Donggang scenic spot,probes into the existing problems and reasons in the supply,development and utilization of Donggang scenic spot,and on this basis,puts forward countermeasures and solutions Recommendations.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the tourism resources and the overall situation of the scenic spots in Donggang District,the tourism industry in Donggang District has developed rapidly,and the quantity and quality of the scenic spots have improved correspondingly in recent years.(2)In recent years,with the increase of tourism projects in Donggang District and the expansion of the scale of tourism land,the contradiction between supply and demand of tourism land has become increasingly prominent.(3)Through the analysis of typical cases in Donggang District,we find that there are different types and degrees of illegal phenomena in the process of land development and utilization in Donggang District scenic area.(4)According to the analysis of land use status of typical List of National Parks of China in Donggang District,the land use status of List of National Parks of China in Donggang District does not conform to the overall land use planning.(5)Through the investigation and analysis of the typical land intensive use degree of the List of National Parks of China in Donggang District,Eastport,China,it is found that the land exploitation and use forms in Donggang District List of National Parks of China are extensive.In order to solve the problem of List of National Parks of China Land Use and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the List of National Parks of China in Donggang District,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:(1)Flexibly apply the policy guidance,according to the requirements of the "elements" of the new land policy after the project,strive for the support of provincialindicators to ease the contradiction between land supply and demand.(2)Strengthen the supervision after approval,and strictly control the illegal behaviors such as unauthorized construction,land use change,less construction and more construction.(3)Speeding up the compilation of national land spatial planning to realize multi-planning integration,and avoiding the situation that the proposed and newly-built scenic spots do not conform to land planning.(4)Through the optimization of the internal layout of the scenic spot and the system transformation,we can further improve the intensive degree of land use of the original scenic spot.
