The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy, the staff of knowledge are the creators and users of technology, and their expression of creativity is the key to promote the organization of knowledge. The staff of knowledge is becoming more and more important in the organization of technology, and is becoming the indispensable factor of human resource. Todays, the performance and quantity of the staff of knowledge has become a decisive factor of the game among enterprises. How to improve the creativity of staff of knowledge has gradually become the main point of competition among enterprises.To be the most active factor in productivity, the staff of knowledge is the key of enterprise strategic resources. Making a scientific and rational compensation scheme is the basic guarantee to attract talent, retain talent, use talent of the most. As the significant part of human resource, the salary scheme is so significant that the target of enterprises depend on it. Hence making a reasonable salary plan scientifically is a urgent mission.In this paper, we treat the salary theory and the staff of knowledge theory as basement to analyze the situation of HZ company. We conclude the situation of HZ company in many ways like the empirical analysis, the questionnaire survey and method of comparative study. Lastly, we promote the situation of HZ company from the aspects of the system of motivation and enterprise welfare in the form of a plan.
