Analysis And Countermeasures Of Guangzhou Land Reserve Development Benefit

City land is the basic factor of city construction, which is the important carrier of city economy and also is the largest stock of assets. The land plays a fundamental, decisive role in the strategy of sustainable development of social economy as one of the three factors of production. The process of urban development is the use of urban land, scientific management and rational utilization of urban land is an important guarantee for urban sustainable economic and social development.This study is through a series of theory with the actual analysis, including of the Guangzhou City in recent years, land reserves are generally operating conditions, key functional area of land management benefit for qualitative analysis and summary. The land reserve and development operates in four major benefits, including economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits, perform the comprehensive evaluation, the importance of land reserve of argumentation, and the urban development contribution. The study puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for bigger and stronger Guangzhou land through comparative analysis the practice of Shanghai, Chongqing, Xi’an city land reserve experience. The results of this study can be for the use of relevant government departments for decision-making.
