A Comparative Study Of The Woodland Transfer Factors Between Different Areas

Since the forest tenure reform, China’s forest land has made gratifying achievements, and as the reform of forest property rights going further, related policies and measures improved, increasingly standardized woodland circulation policy, and in the background of economics transformation and urbanization, more opportunities are prepared for industrial labor join in secondary and tertiary industries works.In such background, study of the influence factors of collective woodland circulation will be full of practical significance.By reading the literature to understand the overall condition of the domestic forest land, combined the field research on Guangde County, Anhui and Anji County, Zhejiang, this paper compared analysis the characteristics of both circulation and related policies. This paper mainly using questionnaire study method combined with previous studies, analyzed the factors influencing the circulation of woodland.Based on the above analysis, we summarized the circulation method of Guangde and Anji, made comparative analysis of the micro and macro factors and Guangde and Anji woodland circulation, and give woodland circulation policy recommendations.
