Currently Our country is in the shift from rural society to urban society and from industrial society to information society, which towards a well-off society. And farmers change to professional farmers. Traditional farmers differentiate to non-agricultural industry which results in adjustment and upgrade of industrial structure. In the same time, lands circulate. Vocational differentiation and land circulation play a positive role in promoting agricultural modernization.More than previous scholars focus on the association of agricultural laborers occupational differentiation and cultivated land circulation, involving research in the field of forestry is less. Therefore, taking qingyuan county of fushun city as an example, this paper focuses on the relationship between farmers’vocational differentiation and the forest land circulation, respectively study the current situation of farmers’vocational differentiation, the influence factors of vocational differentiation and category’, forestland management and the impact of vocational differentiation to forest land circulation. From the perspective of farm households and individual farmers respectively define occupational differentiation standard. Take main source of income for farmers and working hours to judge whether farmers differentiates or not, and the professional differentiation of individual division is divided to five categories. Furthermore, after analyzing woodland circulation situation, use the binary logistic regression model to establish woodland inflows and outflows influence factor model. The results show that, firstly young people are more likely than older people to professional differentiation while men are more likely to happen than women vocational differentiation, and the higher the level of education the more stable the non-farm payrolls. Furthermore, genders, ages, the levels of education, the marriage and forestlands have a more significant influence on vocational differentiation. Thirdly, the lower levels of farmer vocational differentiation, the more likely they flow into the forest while the higher vocational differentiation degree, the more easily out of forest land. Last but not in least woodland area, cutting index obtained easily and whether the forest land circulation intennediary on inflows have positive significant impact. In view of the problems found during the research put forward the corresponding policy recommendations. Advise that strengthen farmers’vocational education, the economic development of rural industry, promoting urban and rural equal benefits, improve the system of land circulation policy, optimization of forestry management.
