Taiwan and Hainan are the two largest islands in our country,their climate and natural resources are very similar,but the contribution of inbound tourism to the local tourism is significant different;In this paper, I use the data of Taiwan Tourism Bureau and the Bureau Statistics survey questionnaire,discussed on the basis of inbound tourism, according to ask questions,analyzing problems and problem-solving ideas, showing two main aspects,one Taiwan's inbound tourism as well as the outcome of experience,is big combination of two outstanding problems in the process of construction of Hainan international tourism island in the face,how to combine the experience of Taiwan,to be effective solution; so this first tourism income and arrivals by Taiwan Overseas,source country and the daily per capita consumption countries, and do not object to Taiwan's per capita daily consumption and other aspects of the survey data,demonstrating the results of Taiwan's current inbound tourism made;by series of Taiwan Tourism Bureau survey questionnaire,such as by propaganda travel ads or stories decisions affecting the degree to Taiwan for sightsccing,shopping tax situation,tourism safety and satisfaction of tourists ranked Taiwan the best project rankings to illustrate the development of Taiwan's inbound tourism process,how to overcome the difficulties prevailing inbound tourism,tourism safety,environmental carrying capacity,seasonal variations and shopping.This article focused on how to learn from the development experience of Taiwan, solving problems related to inbound tourism in Hainan Island,Hainan Island immigration revenue by major source countries,such as pressions and Hainan Island in these areas and the gap between the island of Taiwan, thereby exposing the obvious problems in Hainan Island tourism safety, infrastructure, quality of employees as well as shopping and seasonal differences exist in terms of policy support from the government, Hainan and Taiwan in the process of development of inbound tourism, they are both supported by local government, but the the improvement of infrastructure, combination with the secondary and tertiary industries chain, diversity practitioners to improve literacy and advocacy strategies and sustainable development, Hainan Island has a huge improved space;Through Hainan international tourism island development process, Taiwan's experience in the development of inbound tourism including how to resolve these difficulties focus, how to meet the coming opportunities and challenges has a strong practical and reference value for Hainan iland.
