The Research Of Land Use Pattern Under The Circumstances Of The Construction Of International Tourism In Hainan Island

Land plays an important role in humanity’s survival and development. Both the basic survival needs and the development of the industry and services depend on land. With the progress of civilization, improvement of productivity, revolution of production mode and economy increase, human constantly enhance the capability of reconstruction of nature. Consequently, land use pattern has changed.Hainan is largest special economic zone and the only tropical island province. It covers 42% tropical land resource of our nation. High quality vacation tourism resources such as beautiful blue sky, long coastline, clear air, springs, tropical primeval forest and ethnic minorities culture are the important component of multiple economic and civilization. Tourism gradually is highlighted in economic structure, so the construction of international tourism in Hainan island emerged as response.Meanwhile, Hainan province is accelerating the development of urbanization. The demand of land resources is largely increased due to industrialization process. It raise the questions of how to transfer the development mode, how to co-ordinate economic development, so as to guarantee the peoples livelihood and narrow down regional differences. In order to adapt to the economic and social development, optimization of land use pattern should be the priority work of Hainan government during a quite long time from now on.The thesis is based on the data of the second land survey and The Ministry of Land Resources information platform. The character and distribution of land resource in Hainan is illustrated in this article, so as to analyze all kinds of land use layout and their development. The thesis gives comment on the land use pattern influenced by economic growth, adjustment of industrial structure, and government regulation and control policy. and accretion of population, and acceleration of urbanization, The prediction of land use demand and variation trend is on account of the strategy of international tourism island construction. As result, combining with the sustainable development, optimization strategy is present in five aspects including improve the eco-construction, integration of land use pattern, land use control, land use efficiency and optimization of agricultural land.
