The Risk Management Research Of Public Construction Project

With the rapid development of China’s socialist construction, the construction of the building of our country shows the trend of rapid growth, meanwhile, the rapidly development of industry st ructure brings the uncertainly to construction project, following its regularity, risk and comprehens ive. The public construction project is characterized with large investment scale, demand diversific ation, synthesis, integration, complex exterior environment, internal division of labor and long cyc le time of production, and the characters bring a lot of uncertainly risks to the public construction project. Hence, the high benefit must be following the high risk. In order to achieve the bigger and faster development, an early warning system needs to be set up through identified the risks from t he perspective of diverse, clear the nature of risks, explore the source of risk, determine the harmf ulness of risks and so on, thereby, finding the most effective risk prevention and solution for publi c construction project to reduce the development risk of the building owner.Compared with foreign countries, China’s risk management of the public construction project started late, is still in the exploratory stage, and foreign have been relatively mature. In theory, sch olars have carried out many different aspects of studies and exploration about risk management, h owever, the integration of theory with practice still need to fill gaps in construction project risk ma nagement. The research blank would inevitably severely delay the development of the domestic co nstruction industry speed, caused irreparable damage. This article used the first settlement house o f Guangzhou Knowledge City as an example, to explore and research the risk management in the public construction project. Using the methods of literature review, quantitative analysis, empirical analysis and induction method to conduct a comprehensive in-depth research on the public constr uction project risk management, and then aiming at any possible issues to establish the correspond ing countermeasures and methods.In response to the status of the China’s public construction project risk management,,carried o ut the risk identification, assessment, early warning system and response methods. This article put forward the proposal in the public construction project risk management on the basis of empirical analysis, including identify the risk which exist in the first settlement house project of Guangzhou Knowledge City, a method combining qualitative and quantitative analysis is adopted to carry out risk assessment, early warning and strategies for risk response by setting up an early warning syste m. It makes a helpful tryout to explore the development of correlative fields currently.
