The Theory And Practice Research Of Personnel Training In Urban Rail Transportation Enterprise

With the accelerating steps of urbanization, the urban transportation problem becomes increasingly aggravated. As one of the most effective means of mitigating traffic pressure, rail transit has been widely adapted and developed by more and more cities. Nowadays the development of urban rail transit has entered a gold period. So the training of personnel has become an important task for all urban rail transit enterprises. Therefore it is an important issue that every rail transit operation enterprise must focus on the improvement of ability and quality of personnel.The personnel training in enterprise has been taken as a fundamental work of "Obtain Benefit from management" and the link that binds the growth of enterprise and personnel. From the perspectives of the employee, training in enterprise can raise personnel professional ability and achieve their value; from the aspect of enterprise, training in enterprise can improve ability and quality of personnel in order that they could contribute to the development of enterprise. Thus, the research on training has been a priority for the team construction.According to general theory of training and education, based on the status analyses of training in urban rail transit enterprises at home and abroad, especially for Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Shenzhen rail transit enterprises, this dissertation, including five chapters, fully considered the characteristics of urban rail transit system, taking rail transit enterprises in S city as an example, presents the construction, content, and implementation of profession training examination system in urban rail transit operation enterprises, and further proposes their optimization scheme. This optimization scheme concerns three key training processes:the curriculum, training staff, and evaluation, in which the training curriculum template are innovative, for the combination of teaching experiences and training practice in enterprises has practical guiding significance to the construction and optimization of urban rail transit operation enterprise training system.
