With the accelerated pace of urbanization, many cities have accelerated the progress of planning and construction of rail transportation, China's urban rail transit construction has entered a new period of development. As a representative of Shanghai rail industry companies, G Company needs to establish an industry compatible with high-quality workforce.However, the company training management failed to keep pace with the development of company needs. Although the company has established a basic training management process, but training management and business development strategy out of touch, there are many problems in the training such as lack of effective training needs analysis, the training process is imperfect, and the implementation details of the missing and countless other problems. This research improve the training management of the company, form an effective mode of training to improve staff knowledge, skills and capabilities. This is significance for both enterprise and individuals to reach the strategic objective.This paper used the basic theory of modern training management and methods to research the G company. According study the current management of the company's training status, by using investigation analysis to identify the main problems, the research had re-design the training management process from the company's strategic human resource objectives, from the establishment of training courses, interior teacher training, training implementation process, system and hardware supporting.The main achievements have been gained as follows:1. Based on the G company's current training Survey, it summarizes the problems work in training management.2. Using the training of management thinking, it analyzes the practical experience of business models in the target company's and summarizes some useful points to G company's training management design.3. It re-designs the G company's training management processes and systems.
