Modeling And Simulation Of Production Line Based On The Analysis Of The Personnel Structure

With the development of constant progress of science technology and economic, manufacturing industry is developing rapidly. They must attach importance to the internal production process of enterprise, if modern manufacturing enterprises want to succeed. The operator of the production line is an important factor of manufacturing enterprises. Reasonable personnel configuration in production line, can not only improve the production, also help enterprises reduce the labor costs, and improve production efficiency, last, increase enterprise competitiveness.As the background of PS4 handle assembly line in an enterprise in this paper, on the basis of in-depth research, fully understand the specific situation of the assembly line; Analyze each work station man-hour of long-term and short-term workers in different production line by applying SPSS software; apply the simulation tools of ED (Enterprise Dynamics) to set up the simulation model inline under the situation of different staffing; analyze the personnel structure in production line respectively; produce two new production lines with personnel structure by mix the two production line, then improve the sum of capacity. Specific content is as follows:1) Through the investigation and research, to realize the layout, production process, SOP, staffing situation and the content of each work station of PS4 handle assembly line, then measure the working hours of the long-term and short-term work station;2) By reference to literature, understand the service time of obeying random distribution in the queuing theory, and analyze the work time of the long-term and the short-term workers by using the data analysis software SPSS, get the normal distribution in work station time at last;3) Applying the simulation software ED and analysis software SPSS to analyze the mean and variance of time in work station and modeling to simulate two different personnel structure under the daily capacity of production line, at last, getting the number of 1543 pcs in long-term production line,980 pcs in short-term production line;4) By means of analyzing two kinds of production line personnel structure in organizational behavior knowledge, to reconfigure the two new production line by the three different methods, then simulate to get the capacity of two production line, and choose the best solution with the daily production capacity of 300 pcs. At last, the paper combine the characteristics of the workers, puts forward some incentives to them, and give the advice to production line management.
