With the great investment given by foreign enterprises to China and their increasingly focusing on Chinese market, fresh blood is demanded, more than any other time, for the international enterprises. Under such circumstances, the Management Trainee System has been brought into China, which develops and grows fast. Those who come from the system become the target at the campus recruitment each year. However, studies on the Management Trainee mostly focus on the project itself. Management Trainee group as a Group but rarely taken seriously. They have a kind of upbringing in the workplace? At work and how to improve learning? It will be the key to this study.Through interviewing with 5 management trainees finally I got my original materials for this study. A grounded theory was adopted on which 3 cases were coded. Main findings of this study are that in the management trainees’experiences have three Learning themes:adapting the organization, integrating into the team and being competent for their work. In order to learn these three aspects, management trainees learn through a variety of ways, like learning in the work process, learning at formal setting and others. Moreover, both personal factors and organizational factors affect this learning process. In addition, this study also provides a new perspective for organizers to re-examine Junior Management Program. For management trainees’ further development, Organizers should take some measures and provide better organizational environment.
