At present, Chain has formed many scientific and technological transformation modes. To sum up, almost about cooperation of the industry-university-research modes, but such one has a obvious flaws is the vacancy of the "use". In essence, it is the deletion of market factor and demand information that results in disconnection between scientific-technological outputs and market-users. The output has not been effectively applied or did not achieve its true value.From the market perspective, the users been the terminal market, they have the highest perception and the most agile response to real needs. Therefore, we will analyze users demand and grasp the market direction well trend when we make the users into scientific and technological transformation mode directly, to make scientific and technological achievement closer to the market also the reality.
