Along with the economy times is coming, human resources is a key competition advantages for enterprises, in the mean time, enterprise training plays an significant role, which has become a strategic requirement for companies’ development. Training usually have two forms of internal and external training, external training usually is refers to the enterprise for training institutions to obtain third party professional training. But through the training mode,training centers pay more attention to how to attract companies’focus with novel, hot courses and several excellent training teachers, so they just focus on training without the evaluation of training effect in the training process. That’s why they usually can’t get their expected results from their training courses. Nevertheless, enterprises is going to care what they pay and what they get, therefore, the evaluation of training effect plays a significant role in the training process.The research object of this paper is A management consulting and training center which is a small management consulting and training institutions, which essential field is management training, financial training, TTT training etc.. In recent years, training institutions are more and more intense competition, and also, with the continuous development of A management consulting and training center, the raining center is gradually improving, in order to further improve and develop of the A management consulting and training center competitiveness, providing more effective training for customers, need to construct the evaluation system of a more rational training effect of A management consulting and training center.Based on the pervious analyze and introductions, this paper will summarize the domestic and foreign research resent situation of training results evaluation, valuation of A management consulting and training center training effect are analyzed, and according to the A management consulting and training center to improve the training effect evaluation problem in the process of the training effect evaluation system, choosing the appropriate evaluation method and make the training evaluation throughout the training process to ensure effective training have some help.
