| With the rapid development of the Internet,the network traffic has also come to the era of slow growth.The development of Douyin’s information flow makes network promotion enter the stage of winning by quality.When enterprises want network promotion more efficiently,fine operation become the key to promotion.In order to achieve this goal,talent is the top priority for enterprises.The explosive growth of Douyin makes the talent reserve of information flow optimizer insufficient.Enterprises need to pay attention to the cultivation of talents,establish and optimize the training system of talents,strengthen not only post training but also theoretical training and skill training,improve the comprehensive professional quality,and greatly improve the actual promotion efficiency of enterprises in network promotion.The main research object of this paper is the group of information flow optimizer,whose function involves marketing,planning,analysis and management,etc.This position is set to expand the visibility of the enterprise and deliver the intended customers of its products.Based on the training theory,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the training of information flow optimizer in Chengdu Branch of Z Company through research.Training is optimized from four aspects: training demand analysis,training plan formulation,training organization and implementation,and training effect evaluation.Based on Goldstein’s three-level model,the training needs of information flow optimizer are split from organizational analysis,job analysis and personnel analysis,and the core organizational demand index,daily work breakdown and post demand are perfected.According to the attributes of the post,the training plan should be improved reasonably,and the upgraded training should provide a more long-term training system,more pragmatic training content,more reasonable training cycle,more diversified training methods and more diversified training acceptance methods.At the same time,in the process of training implementation,based on the previous opaque tracking difficulties,the use of Internet online sharing + Gantt chart to make the whole training process more closely in cooperation and monitoring,reduce the situation of excessive mistakes,and make the training implementation process more transparent and easy to control;The training effect evaluation uses the Offset assessment model,which is improved according to the response layer,learning layer,behavior layer and result layer,and refines the training score mechanism,examination content correlation,improvement case extraction,and the establishment of training result data control group.It not only helps the job training of Chengdu Branch of Z Company to be more perfect and scientific,but also provides reference for Party A,agents and other companies cooperating with Z Company.Making the training more practical and replicable is conducive to improving the training efficiency and improving the overall quality of the team. |
