This article to will study specific problem, select China telecom branch of Guangzhou telecom for concrete analysis object, study how China telecom successful transformation under the new market environment, in order to improve enterprise’s competitive advantage and core competitiveness, ensure the 3G and 4G to win new business opportunities.This article first introduces the research background, the mobile Internet to the whole of China telecom group, the opportunities and challenges, and making use of the PEST model analysis of Guangzhou telecom faces macro environment, using the potter five model analyses for the Guangzhou telecom industry environment, and analyzes the resources, capabilities, and competitive advantage of Guangzhou telecom.
