An Analysis Of The Government Expenditure On People’s Livelihood And Its Effects On Economic Development In Fujian Province

Reasonable livelihood security system is that all people share the fruits of development, and achieve social justice. In recent years,the research on livelihood expenditure of public finances is becoming a hot topic in academia. Fujian as developed areas of Haixi region,the livelihood of expenditure has received significant progress, but there are also some problems.At first, this paper reviews the relationship between the people’s livelihood and economic development, as well as the definition about people’s livelihood to provide a clear basis for the adjustment about livelihood public finance expenditure. By researching the data about the public finance investment of livelihood,analyzing expenses scale, regional imbalance, security level of the livelihood inputs, resolving the existing problems and causes of public finance expenditure structure of Fujian people’s livelihood, the author find the public finance investment about the livelihood in the regions of Fujian Province imbalance is large, the people’s livelihood expenditure has irrational structure and other issues. On this basis, it has reference significance to explore the relationship between people’s livelihood and economic development,and further improve the fiscal investment policy and recommendations about livelihood of local.On this basis,this paper has a further exploration about the effect of financial livelihood expenses scale,regional imbalance,security level weightlessness on economic development,and know that people’s livelihood finance expenditure play an important role on economic development in Fujian Province,and lack of livelihood in Fujian finance expenditure will inhibit economic development. And at the same time compared with other developed areas,we found financial livelihood expenses of the developed areas has a further impact on the consumer than the developing areas. Finally,by analyzing the relationship between finance expenditure on different levels of education and the equality of opportunity,obtained that basic livelihood guarantee has a higher return on investment and to promote equal opportunities for people. It has meaningful reference for improving the livelihood of local finace policy. Many studys shows that public expenditure has a significant to promote economic development. In the modern society and market economy, reasonable arrangements people’s livelihood expenditure is the fundamental requirement.
