Research On The Synergistic Development Of Life Industry In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

As an important economic center in northern China,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region plays a crucial leading role in the national economic development of the country.What's more,the government work report in 2015 took the "the Coordinated Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei" as the regional development strategy of the country in the new period.The coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei has become a necessary development trend in the current era and economic environment.As a basic industry related to people's livelihood,the domestic service industry is closely related to people's living standards.Its coordinated development is an important driving force for the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei.However,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region faces many problems in the development of the living service industry,such as unreasonable resource allocation,unilateral influx of talents into Beijing and Tianjin,and one-way flow of various production factors to Beijing and Tianjin.The coordinated development of the service industry in Tianjin.In addition,the existence of poor quality of service in the service industry,lack of professional skills of employees,and non-standard industrial standards have hindered the coordinated development of the life services industry in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.The economists and scholars have not scientifically defined the connotation of the coordinated development of the life service industry in Jing-Jin-Ji.Therefore,this paper analyzes the connotation of the collaborative development theory of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei living service industry and analyzes the influence of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.The factors behind the coordinated development of the life service industry are of great theoretical and practical significance to the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei life service industry and the promotion of coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.This paper first elaborated the theoretical foundation of collaborative development and life service industry.Secondly,because the core vocabulary of this paper is collaborative development,from the perspective of synergetics,the content of the coordinated development theory of life service industry in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is analyzed.Then,an indicator system for the development of the service trade in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region was constructed to measure the synergy of the development of the life service industry in Jing-Jin-Ji and the grey correlations among the various subsystems,and points out the life of the three provinces and cities in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.There is a clear lack of synergy between the service industries,an analysis of the status quo and existing problems of theBeijing-Tianjin-Hebei living service industry,and the necessity of the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei living service industry.Finally,based on the indicators that affect the coordinated development of the life service industry in Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei,the authors empirically analyzed the main influencing factors of the non-cooperativeness of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei life service industry,and then promoted Beijing from the perspective of the large independent contribution rate.The coordinated development of life services industry in Tianjin provides guidance and advice.Some deficiencies in both the theoretical and empirical parts of the paper also point out the research direction of the future service industry in the future: Because the problems in the life service industry not only limit the coordinated development of the three places in Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei,but also is a problem that is generally neglected across the country..For example,there are some common unhealthy phenomena: the lack of professional skills of employees,the lack of service quality of employees,the lack of a standardized market order in the industry,and the disorganized distribution of sub-industries covered by the life services industry.In order to adapt to the development trend of the service industry with a large economic background and to meet the individualized diversified needs of resident consumption,China attaches importance to the development of the domestic service industry,improves the policy system related to the service industry as soon as possible,and adopts relevant measures to counter the bad development of the industry.In order to promote the healthy and efficient development of the life service industry.
