Logistics Financial Operation Model And Risk Study Of Tianjin Port

The rapid development of logistics and financial services in the country, is gradually being taken seriously by domestic logistics enterprises, and gradually become a logistics enterprise innovative value-added services, increasing social wealth they create. In this paper, we took Tianjin Port as the research object, and studied the mode of operation of Tianjin Port logistic finance and financial risk assessment. First of all, logistics finance theory has been studied from the background of the domestic and international logistics finance, we started to understand the basic concept, classification and value of logistics finance; a systematic review of research on how the theory of analytic hierarchy process to establish the index weight, and how to apply fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for system evaluation.Next, we provided an overview and analysis of Tianjin Port Finance model which is based on logistics finance theory, combined with the concrete practice of Tianjin Port, and then we proposed logistics and financial model of Tianjin Port:Tianjin Port, as the regulatory body and the body as a logistics business under financial models, also, we gave innovative model of Tianjin Port logistics Finance-logistics supply chain mode of operation. We studied the process of this mode of operation, analyzed the impact of this new model of Tianjin Port and the resulting risks.Financial operation model in this paper, the tianjin port logistics risk identification and evaluation, risk identification include risk identification methods and identification of risk factors of every operation mode, Of tianjin port logistics financial operation model and risk assessment, after evaluation principle and target is given, the selection of the appropriate risk assessment indexes, and gives the detailed list of risk evaluation indexes, the principle of index selection as well as the specific meaning of each index.In this paper, we took empirical analysis of risk assessment of Tianjin Port logistics finance operation mode. After collecting the Tianjin Port logistics and financial data and the investigation of its historical experience, we used the analytic hierarchy process to calculate each index weight risk evaluation. Then we adopted fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for its quantitative risk calculation and assessment. After risk assessment, we analyzed and summarized the study, and we proposed specific methods of financial risk management of Tianjin Port logistics finance, establishing four platforms for risk management to minimize risks and maximize the benefits of Tianjin Port.
