| In today’s complex and changeable competitive environment, innovation has become an important driving force of economic development, the key factor affecting the survival and development of all kinds of organizations. Innovation-driven development strategy has been put forward at 18th CPC National Congress and innovation has been placed in a core location of overall situation. Employees are the executor of the innovation behavior and the implementers of the innovation policy. How to promote their innovation behavior becomes one of the highly concerned issues in industry and academia. Since transformational leadership theory has come up, it’s considered as an important antecedent to promote employee innovative behavior. Transformational leadership was confirmed to affect employee innovation behavior through the organizational climate, external environment, organization trust and other factors. But few studies explore the relationship between transformational leadership and employee innovative behavior form the perspective of internal psychology. It’s very important to research its mental mechanisms.This study combines transformational leadership with employee innovative behavior, chooses psychological ownership creatively as an intermediary-between the two variables, and revises the scale of psychological ownership. It reveals the "black box"" of the relationship between transformational leadership and employee innovative behavior, finally uncover their action mechanism.Based on domestic and international scale, this study collects data from employees which come from Shandong province, Jiangsu Province and other places by the method of questionnaire. This study received 275 valid questionnaires by the means of network questionnaires and paper questionnaires. After the original questionnaires were collated and encoded, the reliability and validity of the questionnaires was tested. Then this paper analyzed and verified the relationship among variables with the methods of variance analysis, person correlation analysis and hierarchical regression.The results prove that all dimensions of transformational leadership have positive influence on employee innovative behavior and all.dimensions of transformational leadership have positive influence on psychological ownership. Psychological ownership is a partial mediator between moral modeling, vision incentive, individualized consideration, and leader charm and employee innovative behavior. Enterprises should increase employees’ sense of belonging by cultivating transformational leadership behavior, which promote innovative behavior. In this way, enterprises could improve the core competitiveness. |
