Study On The Construction Of The Technological Innovation Service System In Large State-owned Enterprises

Large state-owned enterprise is an important part of domestic economy, and it is the lifeblood of national economy. With the further development of international regional economic integration and the pressure increasing of industrial structure upgrading, the new scientific technology play a more and more important role in the social-economic living, it has been the motive force of the enterprise or a country to developing sustainably. and the technological innovation of large state-owned enterprise has important influence on the economy development of enterprise and country. So it is an important measure that establish the technological innovation service system for large state-owned enterprise to promoting enterprise technology innovation.In order to solving the establishing problems in enterprise technological innovation service system, the research actuality of technological innovation is introduced firstly, then through summarizing the basic concept of enterprise technological innovation service system, such as it’s function, characteristics and constitute foundation, the Handan Iron & Steel Group Co. is chosen as an example. Here the entropy AHP method is used to assess the enterprise technological innovation service system based on analyzing the problems when upgrading and the current situation of technological innovation service system. Combined with the results, the perfect measure of enterprise technological innovation service system is established. Then it expanded to solving the construction issues of technological innovation service system in large state-owned enterprise. It has play a role in promoting the development of enterprise and establishment and perfect of enterprise technological innovation service system, it is a reference for establishing technological innovation service system of large state-owned enterprise at the same time.
