The Study Of The New Generation Migrant Workers’ Loyalty In The Taiwan-funded Manufacture Enterprises

Nowadays, the Taiwan firms become an important factor of China economic,since the first Taiwan firm established in Xiamen in 1983. However, many labor issues raised up with the rapid development of those Taiwan firms which including the high employee turn-over rate as well as high dissatisfaction rate, and so on.Employee loyalty is a popular topic of research in recent years. Scholars at home and abroad have different interpretations on the loyalty factors, most of them think the enterprise factor, individual factors and the external environmental factors are the key influencing factors. Based on the academic research of others and the social security working background of the author, and with the help of Academic literature studies and questionnaire, the author starts an deep research of the employee loyalty of new generation of migrant works in Taiwan manufacturing enterprises in the Xiamen city. Hope this research will help improve companies and cenozoic loyalty, promote harmonious labour relations, labour win-win situation, social harmony and stability of the common good situation.This study first conducted literature review of employee loyalty. Secondly, it selects some enterprise and research the labor situation. Thirdly, through the questionnaire investigation and Application of Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, it quantifies the cenozoic levels of employee loyalty, then discuss the current status and conclude the reasons. Fourthly, it provides constructive suggestions and strategy on how to improve the employee loyalty.This study is not only increase employee loyalty theoretical material, but also provide common reference to the manufacturing enterprises on the employee’s loyalty management practices.
