Training is widely considered to have an important impact on employees' work attitudes and behaviors.It is an important topic in the field of human resource management and has always been the focus of scholars and companies.Trained employees are more willing to complete their personal work,can better master the knowledge and skills matching the job title,and have a higher work enthusiasm and subjective initiative.Existing literature shows that training has important theoretical significance and potential important impact on employees' individual work behavior and results.However,the existing research related to employee training mainly focuses on the qualitative analysis of training theory and training system evaluation.In empirical research,there are many analyses of objective data in the process of employee training practice.There are few studies on the intermediate mechanism of training and its outcome variables.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to use empirical analysis to examine the impact of the training of new generation migrant workers on manufacturing performance in manufacturing enterprises on the theory and content of expanding and deepening training.Specifically,the research deepened the impact of training on job performance and the intermediary mechanism,and the research object was targeted.Secondly,it broadens the perspective of analysis in the field of training and provides academic research basis for other researchers.The research is based on social exchange theory,two-factor theory and expectation theory,taking the new generation of migrant workers in manufacturing enterprises as the research object,selecting job performance as the outcome variable and job satisfaction as the intermediary variable,and constructing a model of the impact of training on job performance.This study first reviewed and summarized the existing literature to form a theoretical model;then conducted research design and data collection,and finally recovered 399 valid data through a questionnaire survey;using SPSS20.0 and AMOS20.0 software,using descriptive statistics and exploration Sexual factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,correlation analysis and polynomial regression analysis and other analytical methods analyze and hypothesize the data collected by the questionnaire;finally,discuss and summarize the results of this study and put forward management recommendations.The research results show that the training of new generation migrant workers in manufacturing enterprises has a significant positive impact on job satisfaction and job performance,job satisfaction also has a significant positive impact on job performance,and job satisfaction is between training and job performance Play a partial intermediary role.Theconclusion of the study provides some practical inspiration for labor-intensive enterprises such as manufacturing enterprises that take the new generation of migrant workers as the main body.First,pay attention to employees' psychological perception of training.In practice,in addition to material input,the organization should also pay attention to the training willingness of employees,provide fair training opportunities,and improve training systems and systems;to enhance the sense of training of employees,to provide employees with practical training,for employees ' The training provides support in various aspects such as time and funding to improve employees' job satisfaction and performance.Second,managers can consider improving employee job satisfaction to further improve employee performance.
