Research On The Cultivation Effect Of High-Quality Farmers Based On Industrial Revitalization

In order to promote the implementation of China’s rural revitalization strategy and the rapid development of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers,the country attaches great importance to the cultivation of farmers,the construction of rural talent teams,and the improvement of their quality.In the context of industrial revitalization,more and more attention has been paid to the conduct and development of high-quality farmers’ cultivation activities.In this trend,high-quality farmers’ cultivation activities have achieved many results,but problems inevitably arise in practice.Therefore,it is worth paying attention to the evaluation of the effectiveness of high-quality farmers’ cultivation activities to identify shortcomings.Based on this,this article takes the effect of high-quality farmers’ cultivation activities as the research object,and on the basis of summarizing the research on domestic and foreign farmers’ cultivation and rural talent team construction,combining human capital theory,behavioral organization theory,and rural revitalization strategy,constructs an evaluation index system for the effect of high-quality farmers’ cultivation,systematically studies the actual effect and existing problems of current high-quality farmers’ cultivation activities in Shandong Province.Through interviews,interviews,and questionnaires,we can understand the views of participating farmers on high-quality farmers’ cultivation activities.With the help of interview content and 375 valid questionnaires,we have established an evaluation index system from four aspects: "being educated" "understanding technology" "being good at operation" and "being able to manage".The AHP analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method are used to calculate the weight scores of each indicator from both subjective and objective aspects,and comprehensive calculations are conducted.On the basis of the scores,the effect of current high-quality farmers’ cultivation activities is analyzed.It is found that there are problems while achieving good cultivation effects as follows:(1)The main body positioning is not clear.The farmers involved in the cultivation were not accurately identified,resulting in the phenomenon of "besieging the city";The cultivation subject lacks communication and the cultivation content intersects;The long-term assistance mechanism is not perfect,and there are problems such as emphasizing training over cultivation.(2)The cultivation and evaluation effects of various aspects of content vary greatly.Explain that the farmers participating in the cultivation have their own needs,and the cultivation activities do not accurately match the needs of farmers;The phenomenon of emphasizing theoretical cultivation over practical cultivation is obvious,and cultivation only emphasizes the teaching of classroom content in activities,lacking corresponding feedback on field cultivation practice and cultivation practice behavior.(3)Lack of due attention to organizational construction and its role.Most participating farmers hold the concept of individual independent production,ignoring the impact of their own organization and environment on individual production.In response to the above problems,this article proposes to start from three aspects:subject positioning,system construction,and path selection,pointing out that flexible and reasonable thresholds should be set for participating farmers to accurately classify types;Strengthen the communication of cultivation subjects at all levels and the division of rights and responsibilities;Build a "four in one" system of precise identification,precise cultivation,precise management,and precise certification;Establish a long-term mechanism for docking with universities,improve relevant supporting facilities for precise cultivation of high-quality farmers,create a good organizational and environmental atmosphere,and other countermeasures,so as to provide reference for farmers to achieve "learning,using,and earning more.".
