The concept of Career management was developed from human resources theory and practice in recent years in United States, it is a very important content of HRM (human resource management). Personal career opportunities was put more and more attention by the employees and organizations. Through the staff career planning management, the organizations can achieve a balance between the personal and organizational development, create an efficient work environment and then form a scientific mechanism for selection and appointment. Career path management in XT Realty Company provides a basis for development of the company and personal career, increases employee satisfaction and loyalty, and be of great significance to corporate and personal development goals.On the basis of certain theoretical support get from cultural heritage data, and comprehensive employee interviews within XT Realty company, This paper get the problems and puzzles of the employee’s career development and understand the internal employees’ demands, By way of a questionnaire survey, collect data and find deficiencies and suggestions on employee’s career development. At present, the satisfaction degree of employee’s career development is lower and personal development opportunities is in urgent need. Facing the situation of poor employee career path and few going up way, this article rebuild the career path for XT Realty Company. Considering the features of job characteristics and staff composition, the career development model start with two aspects of expanding career path and refining job level, form a development patterns combined vertical and horizontal development to meet the requirements of employees in different levels. In the matters of horizontal development, refine promotion mode, reduce the differences between up and down hierarchy, increase job openings, which can not only create more promotion opportunities, but also enhance adaptability after promotion. Horizontal development add working post promotion on the basis of job promotion, and then solve the room to grow of professional technical core talents in real estate industry effectively. Employee with different professional skills can embody in different job level. Vertical development mainly open job rotation system, widen the vision of junior employees, fine the interest of job, individual special skill, discover individual special skill and settle the problem of junior employee’s career development by job rotation. Before the setup of model, the above three career growth model stipulate specification for getting career development, range of application and process and so on, ensure the fairness and justice of job promotion and rotary, really incentive the employee. At the same time, establish the related safeguards to ensure that employee can plan their personal development goals reasonable and realize the goal in the company. Organizations can achieve growth and development of itself while planning employee’s career development.The innovation of this article is present the career path which is suitable for the current development of company. The conclusions can offer guidance for career development planning of employee within company, provide a method and basis for HRM and Construction of talent for HR department and reference for the training strategy for executives. Restricted by subjective and objective conditions, some content of this paper need further practicable and vetting, also some issue need to be continue research and analysis.
