Research On The Efficiency Evaluation And Improvement Path Of Agricultural Products Logistics In Henan Province

Henan Province as China’s largest agricultural province,the development of agricultural logistics is crucial,the lower the cost of agricultural logistics transport,the higher the benefit of agricultural products.The 14 th Five-Year Plan of Henan Province emphasises that agricultural logistics will play an important strategic and pioneering role in building a new development model,and its theoretical significance and practical value are important in promoting the transformation and upgrading of the agricultural logistics industry in Henan,building a modern logistics system,reducing costs and increasing efficiency It is.Therefore,considering the actual needs of Henan provincial government and municipalities in agricultural logistics development,this paper uses DEA residual efficiency model and DEA-Malmquist index model to conduct static and empirical analysis on the dynamic determinants of agricultural logistics efficiency in Henan municipalities,and uses fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(QCA).Group analysis was also conducted,and based on the results,three ways to improve agricultural logistics efficiency were derived,and suggestions were made to improve agricultural logistics efficiency in Henan.Firstly,this paper adopts the literature analysis method,systematically analyses the current situation and gaps in the development of agricultural and agricultural logistics in Henan,selects the corresponding input/output indicators,adopts the superefficiency DEA model and DEA-Malmquist index analysis method,constructs a comprehensive model to assess the efficiency of agricultural logistics in Henan,determines the static and dynamic efficiency of agricultural logistics in Henan,and conducts a longitudinal and horizontal analysis.The longitudinal analysis found that 50%of the input resources in Henan Province did not achieve their due efficiency,and the allocation of input and output resources in most prefecture-level cities in Henan Province in some years was seriously inconsistent;The horizontal analysis and research found that only three prefecture-level cities have good comprehensive technical efficiency values,while the remaining prefecture-level cities have low comprehensive technical efficiency values.Therefore,it is necessary to scientifically and reasonably plan the strategic deployment of agricultural product logistics development in prefecture-level cities.Dynamic efficiency analysis found that,first,in terms of pure technical efficiency,only five prefecture-level cities in Henan Province have pure technical efficiency greater than 0.9,while the remaining prefecture-level cities are lower than 0.9.Especially,Zhengzhou and Luoyang need to introduce advanced agricultural product logistics technology to improve logistics efficiency;Secondly,in terms of scale efficiency,the average scale efficiency of agricultural product logistics in prefecturelevel cities has basically reached an effective level.Some cities with low scale efficiency values need to integrate resources,streamline structures,and improve scale efficiency;Third,in terms of total factor productivity,the total factor productivity of Henan Province has fluctuated around 1 in recent years,indicating that measures to improve total factor productivity in Henan Province have achieved results in recent years.Secondly,based on the static and dynamic analysis results of logistics efficiency of agricultural products in Henan Province,based on the TOE theory,using the QCA analysis method,considering organizational,technological,and environmental factors,selecting indicators such as logistics policy support,financial resource supply,infrastructure construction,logistics talents,logistics transportation management technology,and logistics informatization,systematically analyzed the path to improve logistics efficiency of agricultural products in Henan Province,and obtained an information driven model There are three improvement paths: organization environment driven and comprehensive driven.Finally,based on the above analysis,this paper proposes targeted strategic recommendations to improve the efficiency of agricultural product logistics in Henan Province,namely,improving agricultural product logistics technology,optimizing the development environment of agricultural product logistics;Strengthen the financial investment and policy supervision of agricultural product logistics in Henan Province;Cultivate logistics talents and establish a modern logistics talent team for agricultural products;Improve the logistics infrastructure construction of agricultural products in Henan Province;Strengthen the management of agricultural product logistics market in Henan Province,improve supporting systems and regulations,etc.
