The advent of the era of knowledge economy, are great opportunities and challenges for all walks. Road and bridge construction enterprises make tremendous contributions to the construction of infrastructure facilities for the country.Their main construction projects are the bridge, highway projects. Especially, they need for knowledge management. Because their construction projects are with large scale, long construction period and high technical requirements, process standards strictly. Exploration of knowledge management strategy in Road & Bridge International Co.LTD, is conducive to its activities in the process of bridge engineering construction smoothly, is beneficial to the whole road & bridge construction companies relying on the knowledge management improving project management level and their own core competitiveness.Based on the research of knowledge management at home and abroad, and the illustrates the theoretical basis, this paper analyzed the development of knowledge management in Road & Bridge International Co.LTD. Then it analysed the obstacles of the knowledge management in Road & Bridge International Co.LTD. In view of the existing barriers in knowledge management, using the Lifecycle Theory and Organizational Learning Theory, this paper supplied knowledge management strategies of Rode & Bridge International Co.LTD from two aspects. On the one hand, it was from the strategic culture, organization structure and technical support to provide the safeguard measures of knowledge management. Strategic culture system measures are including strengthening leadership’s emphasis on knowledge management, and putting knowledge management into the enterprise development strategic blueprint. Organization system measures are including promoting the construction of learning organization and implementation of knowledge management organization flattening, flexibility and network. Technical support system measures are including the use of IT technology to establish knowledge platform and to develop the specialized information network maintenance personnel. On the other hand, this paper provides knowledge management strategy from the knowledge acquisition and sharing, knowledge learning and innovation. Among them, knowledge acquisition and sharing strategies are including the explicit knowledge coupling strategy, tacit knowledge of table strategy, internalization strategy of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge of common strategy. Knowledge learning strategy pays attention to widen the channel of the employees’ learning and cultivate the learning motivation of employees. Knowledge innovation strategy emphasizes the familiar with company’s existing knowledge, encouraging employees’motivation for knowledge innovation, and implements knowledge.innovation network management.
