Research On The Evaluation Of High-tech Enterprise Knowledge Mangement Strategy's Performance

The high-tech enterprise is a typical knowledge-based enterprise,it plays a decisive role in the national economy , science and technology development,Its innovation and application of the knowledge determine the country's economical and technological capability to a large extent,so how to improve China's hi-tech enterprises' knowledge innovation and application level is a major theoretical and practical issue,which is concerned commonly by the relevant government departments, high-tech enterprise managers and scholars.In the era of knowledge economy,a high-tech enterprise wants to survive and develop in the volatility of the competitive environment,it must effectively carry out the work of knowledge management.Enterprise knowledge management can or can't do a good job,the key is its senior managers develop or select the appropriate knowledge management strategy according to the external environment and internal conditions of enterprises,and thus managers effectively implement the established knowledge management strategy.In this paper,an important issue in high-tech enterprise knowledge management——the evaluation of high-tech enterprise knowledge mangement strategy's performance——Conducted a more systematic and in-depth study of it.Specifically,this paper has done major research and made innovations include:(1)this paper presents a new partition method of enterprise knowledge management strategy model(this method is divided enterprise knowledge management strategy model into four types:Co-operation strategy for the absorption of knowledge, cooperation, knowledge and innovation strategies, self-knowledge and self-absorption of knowledge strategy and innovation strategy),Thus discussed the four types of high-tech enterprise's knowledge management strategy mode selection problems in details;(2)Construct the theoretical evaluation index system of high-tech enterprise knowledge management strategy performance, and use statistical analysis to simply and optimize the index system,to design a new high reliability, validity and practicality of high-tech enterprise knowledge management strategy performance evaluation system;(3)Application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build a high-tech enterprise knowledge management strategy performance evaluation model,through the application of two examples of enterprises verify the validity and usefulness of the model.
