A Research On The Industrialization Operation Of Characteristic Produce In Wuhe County

The market competition is growing fiercer with the change of its environment. Transformation and upgrading of agricultural industry and the sustainable development of rural economy face increasing challenges. Using advantage of characteristic agricultural resource and promoting industrialization of agricultural products with local characteristics, which are effective ways and means to improve competitiveness of agricultural products, deepen adjustment of agricultural structural and promote sustainable development of agriculture. Wuhe County has abundant species resources because of its location conditions, which has the advantage and potential of developing characteristic agricultural industrialization.Based on the theory of industrialization of agriculture products with special characteristics and given the agricultural resource situation in Wuhe County, this paper forms objective evaluation of potential advantages and reality barriers in the developing characteristic agricultural industrialization in its natural and socio-economic conditions by the empirical and theoretical analysis method. The paper also compares and makes evaluations between "company+base+peasant" and "cooperative+peasant" which are typical industrialized operation patterns of characteristic agricultural products of Wuhe County, then puts forward introducing new elements in the chain of organizations to form a new organizational form to develop characteristic agricultural industrialization, such as "leading enterprises+cooperatives (large family, intermediary organizations)+peasant", and so on.Certain achievements of characteristic agricultural industrialization has been made in Wuhe County, but there is a series of issues which restrict its healthy development, such as shortage of capital, technological backwardness, inadequacy of the interest mechanism, small-scale production bases, slowly advancement of standardized production, lagging development of rural cooperative economic organizations and frequent natural disasters. In regard to these problems, the paper proposes improving the scientific and cultural qualities of agricultural employees, growing leading enterprises, devoting major efforts to developing processing industry of agricultural products, strengthening the brand construction of characteristic agricultural products, supporting and promoting the development of peasants’ professional cooperative economic organization, speeding up the construction of production base of characteristic agricultural products, establishing the benefits and risk-sharing mechanisms, speeding up agricultural standardization of the characteristic construction and making great efforts to "preventing disaster and resisting risks" Positively. The above mentioned works will give corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion such as creating good environment for the development of characteristic agricultural industrialization, which provide some references for industrialization management of characteristic agriculture products in Wuhe County.This paper designs industrialized management model of characteristic agricultural products in Wuhe County by applying the comparative advantage theory, transaction cost theory, the industrial chain theory and the sustainable development theory combined with its special geographical, natural and economic conditions. There is a few such related research and this paper extends a remedy for this shortage.
