With the rapid development of economy in our country and the gradual improvement of the people’s living standards, dairy products has been developed from the luxuries of past into today’s mass consumer goods. China’s dairy industry has also undergone wave after wave of high-speed growth, it has become an important part of food manufacturing in our country. But the quality promblems found in the dairy industry in recent years was seriously damaging to consumers’ physical and mental health and the reputation of the industry, hindering the healthy development of the dairy industry in our country. Therefore, quality management of dairy products is urgently needed, however, reasons of dairy products quality problems cannot simply due to production and processing enterprises,they’re caused by participationa of dairy products supply chain, and ti is a complex system problems.For the perspective of dairy products supply chain management, this paper analyzes the quality and safety problems of each link ofthe dairy products supply chain, finding out the influencing factors of the quality problems. It uses the method of management and economics of information in view of the main influence factors and puts forward scientific countermeasures, in order to improve the quality and safety of dairy products.The first chapter of the paper introduces topic background and research significance, expounding the importance of the management of dairy quality and suitability of research from the angle of supply chain management. Secondly, the paper introduces the research status of food safety and dairy products supply chain management, summarizes the current research progress in two aspects of scholars both at home and abroad. Finally it expounds the main content to and main contribution.The second chapter analyzes the basic theory of supply chain management, and dissects the definition of supply chain management and the main content of research. Secondly it expounds the theory concerning the quality of food safety and food supply chain, in order to make good theory groundwork on the quality of the supply chain management research of dairy products.The third chapter analyzes the mode and quality status of dairy supply chain, which summarizes for the quality safety problems of the internal dairy supply chain. The fourth chapter to the seventh chapter mainly starts with the raw milk supply link, the milk station link, dairy production and processing link and sales link, and detailed analyzes the problems of quality and safety in each link, using the analytic structure model to analyze the influence factors of each link to find out the underlying influence factors which effect quality safety of dairy products, it puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions or improvement method in view of the underlying influence factors, in order to reduce the security risks of dairy products supply chain and improve the quality of dairy products.The last chapter summarizes the content of the study and comes up with the research deficiency and the future research of this paper.
