Based On The Quality And Safety Of Dairy Products,Research From The Perspective Of Supply Chain In Fujian Changfu Dairy Co.Ltd As An Example

With the aggravation of the environmental pollution,the lack of effective supervision,do not regulate the operation standard of dairy enterprises and other reasons,the factors influencing the quality of security in all aspects of dairy supply chain in China is gradually increasing,current products milk quality and safety has been more and more attention.At the same time,the dairy safety incidents in recent years constantly broke out,make the development,of China dairy industry has great resistance,so that consumers have lost the initial confidence in the dairy industry,think about how to strengthen China dairy products supply chain quality safety management is very necessary.In this context,the thesis takes Fujian Changfu Dairy Co.Ltd.as an example,using the method of literature,theoretical research and empirical analysis method of combining,the quality and safety of dairy products supply chain based on the perspective of research,enrich the theoretical research on the supply chain of dairy products quality and safety of the existing on the one hand,on the other hand has important practical significance for improving the quality and safety of dairy products in china.The research ideas of this paper are as follows:firstly,the research background and significance,the literature review at home and abroad are summarized,and the related concepts and theoretical basis are introduced,which lays the theoretical foundation for the writing of this paper.Secondly,based on the analysis of Fujian Changfu Dairy Co.Ltd.of dairy products supply chain quality and safety management status and influence of Fujian Changfu Dairy Co.Ltd.of dairy products supply chain quality and safety factors are analyzed,including the breeding process,the production process,the acquisition process,and finally puts forward some corresponding policy suggestions.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)the safety risk factors in raw milk production include not only the inherent risk factors in raw milk,but also the risk factors caused by human influence.(2)the milk station in enterprises and farmers,in the dairy supply chain as a hub,connecting Fujian Changfu dairy farmers and Dairy Co.Ltd.,if enterprises lack of effective supervision of milk stations,will cause the quality problems in the procurement of raw milk,and ultimately affect the safety and quality of dairy products.(3)Fujian Changfu Dairy Co.Ltd.in order to improve the quality of dairy products supply chain security management level,need to vigorously promote large-scale farming,ensure the quality of milk,the milk station to increase investment regulatory costs,increase efforts to dairy farmers.To establish scientific and perfect the production process of dairy products quality and safety risk warning mechanism,while the quality of raw milk.As the key link,to establish a scientific quality management system,strengthen the inspection,timely collection of risk information,investigation and security risks,and strictly close the factory system,unqualified milk should not buy.
