How to effectively manage the benefits,improve the efficiency of corporate welfare payment,is the modern enterprise salary welfare management practice of the important issues. This paper, taking A company as the research object, through employee welfare satisfaction survey,introducing elastic welfare interpretation when employees psychological demands is damage caused by the negative effect of the adverse impact of the enterprise.Based on elastic OT company benefits program, for example, using hierarchy theory of needs, dual factors theory to guide, and USES the method of documentary research and field investigation two methods to plan carried on the thorough investigation and analysis, it is concluded that the company benefits program elasticity, the problem of insufficient and puts forward improvement scheme on the basis of the wet guarantee measures and effect forecast. Improvement scheme, based on the demand characteristics of different levels, type of work, age design multiple combination plan, so as to achieve the purpose of motivating workers.Through the elastic welfare improvement plan formulation, can deeply realize the characteristics of elastic welfare:First of all, the enterprise during the process of human resource management, we must give full consideration to the characteristics of the enterprise itself and the employees. The introduction of the elastic welfare help enterprise managers from the perspective of staff awareness and understand the importance of enterprise salary management, provides the enterprise managers to improve space, thus increasing the welfare incentive work proactive, timely, accurate and effective.Second, manifested the enterprise of humanity, which is beneficial to team construction, enhance the staffs sense of belonging and loyalty, and staff motivation and initiative. From the enterprise point of view, the implementation of the comprehensive elastic welfare is a effective way to motivate employees.In this paper, through the diagnosis analysis and improvement scheme design, fully demonstrated the welfare as an important content of company level returns, in promoting employee satisfaction to the company, strengthening the talent introduction and has an important role to reduce staff turnover. This plan for an enterprise to improve the welfare incentive there are better practical significance and application value and to improve the internal salary incentive management mechanism have played a role in theoretical guidance and practical guidance.
