| Logistics is included transportation, storage, handling, transport, distribution processing, distribution and information technology sectors and so on which are mutual organic combination of an emerging industrial complex. According to international experience, the logistics industry played "the third profit" greater strategic position in a country’s economic growth which is slowing down. As part of the gradual opening up of the region, both for the domestic or regional economic integration internationally oriented "along the way" and the FTA, the future development of the logistics industry, both will have higher requirements. Logistics in different regions and intra-regional mobility are large, medium role of logistics in the region to promote regional and closely linked together,the logistics industry has shown a holistic, regional characteristics, the study of logistics development among regions, capable of provide a further build and improve the theoretical system of reference logistics development in China. In addition, Beijing, Tianjin region of China’s economic growth as the "third pole" in recent years, although there is rapid development, but there is a gap with respect to the "Yangtze River Delta" and "Pearl River Delta", logistics in particular. Political, economic, environmental and other factors, the overall development of the logistics industry in Beijing, Tianjin region is not ideal, logistics infrastructure redundant construction, planning and inadequate, resulting in a waste of resources, poor mobility factors, environmental degradation and other issues, greatly restricted the region’s economic health and sustainable development. Meanwhile,third-party logistics development is slow, which can not make full use of logistics resources among regions, resulting in the output stream can be optimized.Beijing, Tianjin and the overall logistics and Economy to promote integrated development of three areas of great strategic significance, so by studying three regional logistics industry and economic conditions of the joint development of subsystems that can be found in three regions of the logistics industry, respectively not coordinated economic subsystem, through the use of appropriate economic policies to regulate the actual situation in the region, in fact, indirectly promote the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and logistics industry as a whole.This article is divided region of three regional logistics industry and economic developments of the subsystem collaborative research, then according to the actual situation is different in the three regions, there will be regulated according to achieve coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and general logistics. This is also the idea of an innovation point of this article. First, sort out the basis of domestic and foreign economic, logistics and collaborative research on the topic of this paper constructed a theoretical system: regionaleconomic theory, modern logistics theory, coordination theory and logistics industry and economic system interaction mechanism; secondly, using regional economic theory and economic theory of modern logistics and logistics industry present in Beijing, Tianjin and three regional issues them out. Beijing, Tianjin and economic development issues facing the third chapter mainly elaborated from urbanization, industrial structure, ecological environment three angles, the problems in logistics development mainly from the logistics infrastructure, logistics nodes and logistics information construction of three described aspects; And third, the use of cooperative learning theory, introduced two models:gray relational analysis model equation function and multidimensional gray association model are constructed for the actual development of Jing-Jin-Ji Logistics Development and economic subsystem specifications, and fit the data, obtain the logistics industry and economic relevance of the three sub-regions and model collaborative situations; At last,from the perspective of regional economic integration development and regional logistics industry put forward to some related economic policy proposals, which can effectively improve the speed of coordinated development between regional logistics industry and economic subsystem to accelerate the development of Beijing, Tianjin and integration. |
