Study On The Moderate Scale Operation Efficiency Of Family Farms In Henan Province

With the continuous development of China's agriculture,the development of new agricultural management entities has been increasing in our rural development strategy.Since the concept of “new agricultural management system” was put forward in 2013,China has been continuously in the national number one for four consecutive years.The paper emphasizes the importance of the new agricultural management subject to China's agricultural development and is an important means for China to adapt to the new normal of agricultural economy.As an important form of agricultural new business,family farms have an important role in promoting the development of new agricultural management entities.Therefore,the study of the development of family farms in Henan Province is particularly important for the improvement of the overall level of agriculture in Henan Province.From the above situation analysis,based on the relevant research at home and abroad,from the perspective of improving the efficiency of family farms in Henan Province,this paper sorts out the domestic and international research on the moderate scale operation efficiency of family farms,through field research and distribution.Based on the questionnaires and qualitative and quantitative methods,the economic efficiency theory,moderate scale management theory and land property rights theory were used as the support to analyze the moderate scale operation efficiency of family farms in Henan Province.Firstly,it explains the new agricultural management subject,and explains it from the perspectives of the concept and characteristics of the new agricultural management subject.Secondly,from the concept of family farm,the type of family farm,and the significance of developing family farms for the moderate scale operation of family farms in Henan Province.The concept of family farms was explained,and the historical stage,development measures and effects of family farm development in Henan Province were briefly reviewed.The development of family farms in Henan Province was also sorted out.Secondly,the survey was conducted with Eviews software.The descriptive statistics of 40 family farms in Henan Province were carried out,and the overall efficiency value of family farm management in Henan Province was measured by DEA analysis.The pure technical efficiency value and scale efficiency value were listed,and the results were analyzed.Then,Tobit was used again.The model analyzes the factors affecting the operation efficiency of family farms in Henan Province.It is found that the overall operational efficiency of family farms in Henan Province is not very high,and the overall quality of family farmers is low.There are multiple variables on the operating efficiency of family farms in Henan Province.Significant effects have passed the significance test.Finally,it analyzes the problems existing in the current development process of family farms in Henan Province,and proposes relevant suggestions to improve the operating efficiency of family farms in Henan Province according to the test results.From strengthening management,improving the overall strength of family farms and enhancing policy support.To create a good development environment,improve the long-term mechanism of land transfer,ensure long-term stable development,improve family farm financial services,broaden financing channels,improve agricultural socialized service system,reduce costs,improve quality and efficiency,and improve the family farms in Henan Province.Proposal for moderate scale operating efficiency.
