A Study Of Capital Operation Risk Control To CQ Kuang Qu Service Department Based On EVA

The capital operation of CQ Kuang Qu will achieve the optimal allocation of capital, maximize its value, and finally improve competitiveness of the enterprise, through investment, finance,merger,acquisition,restructure and trade of property right. Risk control of capital management plays a positive role in the process of CQ Kuang Qu,in the mean time,it has very important research value.Because the external environment is volatility and complexity,cognition and adaptability of company to it are limited,so various risk factors of enterprise capital operation will be very important,otherwise it maybe cause failure,or capital operations can not get the target.This paper summarizes the current research of domestic and foreign scholars,analysises the theory of the core point through the literature research of EVA performance evaluation and the related theory of capital operation risk. We research the CQ Kuang Qu in details with methods of case analysis and questionnaire survey,adopt innovative ways that are EVA analysis model mainly and then Dupont system of analysis modeland,find successfully that there exists capital operation risk. We parse systemic risk and unsystemic risk deeply in CQ Kuang Qu.And then conclude that there are five reasons in its actual situation of enterprise capital operation,include single structure of enterprise capital operation relatively,greater influence on the macroeconomic regulation and control,lack of scientific concept,deficiency of high quality talent reserves for capital operation, and management loophole in the process of capital operation project.Reasons for these risks,this paper re-constructed with EVA-oriented capital operation risk control system,and recommends that companies take to improve the capital for four operating philosophy,personnel training,proposed a complete set of solutions to help companies realize the full control of the operational risk capital.
