The Research For The Investment Situation Of The Agriculture Of Shandong And It’s Influence For The Latter’s Development

Shandong is China’s major agricultural province, agriculture as a pillar industry plays an important role in the economy of Shandong Province, therefore,fast,the stable development of agriculture is the important targets in Shandong province. Agricultural investment and financing is one of the important factors of agricultural production, agricultural sustainable development power. Like the rest of the country, the development of agriculture in Shandong is to a large extent subject to agricultural capital input status. With the rapid development of economy, the development trend of Shandong province agriculture industrialization is to accelerate, the average size of the agricultural production increase, investment increased, also increased the investment demand. However, agricultural production has the bigger vulnerability, constrained by natural conditions, its accumulation ability is limited, part of the industry, even in some areas can only maintain simple in production, therefore, to achieve the expansion type, industrial development of agricultural production, must rely on external financing support.The gross agricultural production is an important part of Shandong’s economy, investment and financing of the agriculture of Shandong there are some institutional problems, such as inadequate investment in agriculture, investment channel is narrow, agricultural investment and financing of social mechanism is not perfect, therefore, the reform of rural financial system need to further promote and perfect, to create a good the investment and financing environment for the development of the industrialization of agriculture, the agricultural production to meet demand for funds. Analysis of the present situation of the financing of the agriculture of Shandong province by this paper, and analysis of Shandong agricultural investment and financing problems existing and puts forward some suggestions, to provide some reference to the investment and financing environment for the construction of agriculture. The concrete research content is divided into the following five aspects:Firstly, the agricultural investment and financing concepts and theories in detail,introduces respectively the agricultural investment and financing concepts and classification,at the same time, also introduces the related theory of investment and financing, and detailedintroduced from two aspects of investment, financing.The following is the corresponding analysis to Shandong agriculture and agricultural investment in the current situation, the paper analyzes five aspects of financial funds for agriculture, rural collective and farmer individual investment, rural credit funds, foreign direct investment, analyze the influence and the use of empirical research on agricultural investment in the investment on agricultural development, through the unit root test,cointegration test and Granger causality test to study the farmers’ own funds, collective investment, government expenditure, financial institutions and foreign investment impact on agricultural development, the use of the conclusions of the empirical study, there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the development of agriculture in Shandong province and the main agricultural investment in Shandong Province, but the degree of influence of different investment entities of agricultural development in Shandong province has a different effect, financial institutions loans for agricultural development is relatively large, and more significantly, other investors had little effect on the development of agriculture; development in agricultural development can promote agricultural investment in different subjects.Next to the agriculture in Shandong Province Investment corresponding to the actual situation analysis, find out the investment of agriculture in Shandong Province exists some problems and deficiencies, such as agricultural investment is small, the lack of subject, rural financial institutions is not perfect, the utilization of foreign investment in agriculture and small size.Then, this paper also introduced the agriculture in other areas of our investment and financing present situation,through the analysis of other areas of investment and financing, the financing experience for reference, perfect theinvestment and financing system reform of Shandong agriculture, so as to better promote the development of agriculture in Shandong.Finally,based on the above analysis, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.get conclusion and expect.
