As the essay mainly analysis the total quantity and the structure of Hunan's agricultural finance investment, then it analyses the capital scale effect of Hunan's agricultural finance investment. It adopts two essential factors in Cobb-Douglas's economic growth model, that's a production function, in order to eliminate heteroscedasticity, and on both sides of the logarithm, then get the function of the scale analysis. By means of empirical analysis, it can find out that our agricultural finance investment influences the incomes of farmers and agricultural development greatly.The fifth chapter is the fourth section of the essay. For the reason of building complete system for agricultural finance investment, then promoting the constant development of our country's agriculture and rural economy, it comes up with creatively policy suggestions for the structural reform and developing of our agricultural finance investment mainly on the basis of the qualitative and quantitative analysis in previous four chapters.
