Research On Dynamic Construction Method Of BTO Supply Chain Network Based On Multi - Agent

As a flexible supply chain, the BTO supply chain, the first competitive strategy for many enterprises in the21st century, received serious attention by the industry and academia. Previous studies for BTO supply chain mainly used the static methods of operational research. In this dissertation, the building method based on multi-agent was used to study the issue of dynamic building of BTO supply chain network.For the dynamic building of BTO supply chain network, this dissertation proposed a dynamic building method of BTO supply chain network based on multi-agent. Firstly, the general model of BTO supply chain network, dynamic building framework of BTO supply chain network based on multi-agent and the process of dynamic building BTO supply chain network were put forward, and the functions of each agent were also introduced. Then the evaluation and selection strategy for selecting the upstream suppliers, namely taking lead time, price and location as selection and evaluation index, was proposed in the selecting the upstream suppliers. Finally, a prototype system of BTO supply chain network was developed and a case of a car company was given to verify the effectiveness of building method based on multi-agent in the dynamic building of BTO supply chain network.The research results showed that the building method based on multi-agent can not only be effective in the dynamic building of BTO supply chain network, but also be extended to other types of supply chain network building. The evaluation and selection strategy proposed in this dissertation can be provided as reference for enterprises to select their suppliers. So this research is of significant practical application value in the operations management of enterprises BTO supply chain.
