In the times of knowledge economy, competition in the market that is the talent competition. The key of the talent competition is to enhance the satisfaction of the knowledge employees. At present, there are many papers on the satisfaction of the knowledge employees, but mostly only research on the satisfaction of employees or the incentive of the knowledge employees, and few researches on the he satisfaction of the knowledge employees. Enterprise is not only an interest community, but also a cultural carriers, which as the same as that the tribe or a country has its own ceremony, symbol and internal, which links many people into an organic whole. So the knowledge workers not only meet the material needs, but also hope to work in an environment of their own work which they will receive the company's respect and then they and the company have a sense of belonging. Therefore, corporate culture can inspire knowledge workers and enhance their satisfaction. In this case, the article is on the relations of the adaptation corporate culture and the knowledge employees with the empirical methods.The article has four parts. The first part is meanly about the research background, purpose and meaning, domestic and foreign research, methods research, content and the basis of theory. The second part is the literature review on the satisfaction of the knowledge employees in the adaptive culture. The third part gets the relationship between the satisfaction of the knowledge employees and the adaptive culture with that the empirical analysis is about the survey data of the satisfaction on the knowledge employees in the trade enterprises with adaptive culture in Shenzhen City. The fourth part is the conclusions and countermeasures. The main conclusion is that adaptive enterprise culture can improve the satisfaction of knowledge employees in a large extent, so the enterprises should strengthen the building of enterprise culture in order to promote their development long-term. There are six strategies. Firstly, we should shape the corporate culture of human nature and nurture human management mechanism, then create a business climate of positive and progressive. Secondly, we should attach the investment of emotion, recognize and respect the plentiful demands of the knowledge workers, and then we will create a good growing space are to the knowledge workers. Thirdly, we should give the power of making to the knowledge staff and communicate with them, in order to give their full space of development. Fourthly, we should use the incentives of achievement to encourage knowledge staff to innovation and tolerance their failure, in order to provide an innovation space to them. Fifth, we should use the incentive of organization flows to give the knowledge workers challenges, and then we will have more versatile. Lastly, we should use the incentive of team to cultivate their team sense, so that the knowledge workers will receive a development of comprehensive and healthy.The mainly embodied of the research have three. First, in the perspective, the article is from a new perspective - the type of enterprise culture - to study the satisfaction of the knowledge employees, and then offer the reference to the further development of the employee satisfaction. Second, in the content, we establish a multiple regression equation between the he satisfaction of the knowledge employees and the spirit cultural, institutional culture, behavior culture and material cultural in adaptive enterprises, so as to give the support to the development of mathematical theories. Third, in the conclusion, we prove that there is a positive correlation between the building of the adaptive culture and the satisfaction of knowledge employees by empirical research and analysis.
