Organizational change is to adapt to changes in the external environment, in order to improve organizational effectiveness as the fundamental purpose of management activities. Facing the fierce competitive environment, banks will retail banking as the strategic basis for important, focus on creating retail business channels, the implementation of outlets transformation strategy. As the bank outlets transition practice operator, in urgent need of a scientific and effective human resources management, improve employee performance, and enhance the performance of the organization.This article through N bank outlets in the province of soft transition performance management implementation process as an example, the problems in the outlets performance management, the analysis of N bank branches in terms of performance management to take the integral performance management, and puts forward specific solutions and measures, for N bank branch performance management to promote the implementation of alignment with the direction, reference for grass-roots staff performance management practice.
