With the continuous progress of the reform and opening up process,China's economic market system has been constantly improved,and the overall economic development has shown rapid progress.With the increasingly extensive practical application of Internet information technology and big data,in the new economic environment,the development of enterprises not only faces a large number of expansion opportunities,but also needs to face many development challenges.Therefore,the competition for talents has become particularly fierce,which plays an increasingly strong role in the management strategy of enterprises.Especially for the education and training industry we study,talent is the productivity,but also the core competitiveness.In the current market demand changes rapidly and competition is increasingly intensified,it is inevitable to put forward more requirements for human resource management represented by performance management in enterprises.Based on the information collection,investigation and in-depth understanding of the research object K enterprise,this paper analyzes and studies the modification of the performance management scheme accompanying the organizational change of the enterprise with the theory of balanced scorecard and the design,construction and implementation of the performance management system.Study on enterprise performance management of the K enterprises,except for organizational change and the human resource management needs analysis,also to the enterprise internal personnel has carried on the questionnaire survey,in the hope of real reflect the K enterprise internal management shortcomings and loopholes,at the same time,according to the enterprise in the process of the construction of the performance management system of some of the problems faced by,targeted Suggestions are put forward.Obtained about the change in the process of enterprise development,especially the special period of the performance management system research conclusion,further aiming at reflection and summarizing the conclusions of this study,found that the limitations of the research process and research results of one-sided sex,at the same time for the construction of enterprise performance management system for the future,for other scholars provide directional Suggestions for subsequent research.
