The Study On Community Economy Development For Fujian Wuyishan Nature Reserve

With the gradually deepening of ecological civilization construction in our country, the nature reserve, as the important area in water conservation and biodiversity conservation, has been more attended. However, the conflict between the natural resources protection and its utilization has been interfering with the development, in healthy and orderly way, of nature reserve. On this point, many scholars argue that promoting economic development in nature reserve community is the effective way to the conflict resolution.In order to discuss in depth the general rules of economic development of nature reserve community in our country, this paper, taking the Fujian Wuyishan Nature Reserve(FJ WYS N.R.) and its surrounding community for an example, studies the economic development issues in the area from various aspects, such as the construction of infrastructure, the structure of industry, the degree of openness, the state of fairness, and the level of culture, etc., using the literature research, in-depth interviews, questionnaire survey, qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. The main research results in the study are as follows:Firstly, we did accordingly the quantitative or qualitative analysis from three levels, namely, per capital net income, economic structure and system while we made a field investigation to the situation of economic development in FJ WYS N.R., during which we understood more deeply the economic development situation in FJ WYS N.R.Secondly, through the analysis of the existing problems and their causes of formation in the course of economic development in FJ WYS N.R., this paper presented the countermeasures to the community economic development and the ways to realize it in the nature reserve, whose specific contents involve that the government and relevant departments should broaden the sources of funding and enlarge the construction in infrastructure to solve the problem of relative backwardness in it, adjust the industrial structure and foster the diversified economy to achieve the diversity in income of community residents, strengthen the regional cooperation and promote its coordinated development to achieve the effectiveness optimization of industrial development in community, emphasize the social fairness and reinforce the community management to arouse the enthusiasm of community residents in production and life, and integrate the educational resources and popularize the scientific and technical knowledge to cultivate high-quality workforce.The study in the paper discussed systematically the key factors influencing the economic development in reserve community, and its aim was to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the economic development in reserve community in FJ WYS N.R. and other similar nature reserve and was to promote finally the healthy and orderly development of the reserve community economy in our country.
