The second chapter describes the many experts and scholars on the definition of the concept of closed-loop supply chain, on this basis, this paper puts forward the further concept of the closed loop supply chain, also introduced several closed-loop supply chain in a typical activity, and made it compared with the positive, reverse, and the green supply chain, the last made a summary of the recovery channel of the closed-loop supply chain. The third chapter analyzes the causes and the need for control of closed-loop supply chain inventory, and sum up the closed-loop supply chain inventory management elements and the characteristics, according to different types of inventory management systems, establish a classification system structure of inventory control model, and then describe the characteristics of closed-loop supply chain inventory in the e-commerce environment.The fourth chapter and the fifth chapter are the core contents. Among them, the fourth chapter in the stable demand condition, respectively established a single channel and dual-channel of closed-loop supply chain inventory models, and numerical simulation shows its effectiveness, the last the two channels were analyzed and compared, then we found that the system will increase profits by increasing the electronic channels. Sales through electronic channels are not limited by geographical scope, to attract more consumers and increase market demand, so leading to increased profits. Therefore, the business can through construction of electronic channels to increase revenue. The fifth chapter established the closed-loop supply chain models using dual channel in unstable demand and shortages under the conditions, System to maximize profits as the objective function,to calculate the optimal amount, the name of the highest inventory levels, quantities of recycled materials of re-manufacturing and order cycle in an order cycle time. Through digital simulation shows its effectiveness, and analyze the changes in demand parameters on the impact of decision variables.
