With the development of society, the product life cycle is becoming shorter, and the resource crisis and environment pollution is getting serious. Not only the government increasingly stringents on the environment legislation, but also the environment awareness of people is gradually strengthened. In addition, the manufacturer is willing to remanufacture in order to reduce production cost. All these factors lead to the rapid development of reserve logistics and closed-loop supply chain. Along with the development of network, e-commerce platform has improved steadily. Online shopping is increasingly popular because the life pace is accelerated and online shopping is faster, more convenient. So traditional retailers feel threatened by online retailers. For the above, it established a closed-loop supply chain in dual-channel environment including a manufacturer, an online retailer and a traditional retailer. It established a quantitative model on the basis of game theory. Then it did the pricing strategy with cases. It analyzed the closed-loop supply chain under centralized decision-making market, the Manufacturer-Stackelberg market and the Retailer-Stackelberg market.Among the different collection structure with the same market strength, it shows that: Firstly, the benefits of the supply chain in the collection model are better than no remanufacturing structure. Secondly, the benefit is the greatest in the collection channel of manufacturer for the manufacturer, online retailer, the total channel profits as well as resources and environment. For traditional retailers, the benefit in the retailers'collection mode is greater than the manufacturer collection mode.Besides, it analyzed the closed-loop supply chain under different market structures with the same return channel model. The results are as follows:(1)For all the channel members, compared to the decentralized decision-making, they get more in the centralized decision-making market. (2) For the retailers, customers, the resources and the environment, they benefit more in the Retailer -Stackelberg market than that the Manufacturer -Stackelberg market.(3)For the manufacturer, its whole price and profits in the Manufacturer -Stackelberg market is higher than which in the Retailer-Stackelberg market.(4)For the total channel profits, it gets more in the Retailer-Stackelberg market when the channel take the Retailer-Return model. However, it gets more in the Manufacturer -Stackelberg market when it takes the Manufacturer -Return model.
