| The industry division and cooperation development is the basic reflection of regional economic relations. As the national strategy of supporting the nation open to the west in the future and realize the win-win along the region, Silk Road Economic Belt face many challenges and opportunities. The industry division in cities along the region is one of the important issues. Around the frontier issues of the Silk Road Economic Belt, through the research of the industrial division of the Urban Region along the Silk Road, drawing on the best case of regional industrial development at home and abroad. Through empirical analysis and path comb, this article provide reference for the planning and construction in the process of the Silk Road Economic Belt.Specifically, this article firstly comb the theory of the urban region theory and the theory of industrial division and cooperation and analysis their influence and development of different theories. On the base of the successful model of the relevant urban regional industry division and cooperation at home and abroad, this paper deeply analysis the industry division and the present situation of cooperation of cities (Xuzhou, Zhengzhou, xi’an, Lanzhou and Urumqi) along the Silk Road Economic Belt. Through the measure of location quotient, comparative labor productivity and industrial gradient coefficient, this article draws that industry gradient or cities along the area is different and each city has its own unique advantage industry. So, cities along the region should choose hybrid industrial division pattern. But now the relevant urban area mainly cooperate with vertical division, being difficult to form a powerful chain cooperation relations. This paper accordingly puts forward the urban area should pay more attention to the proportion of horizontal division and improve the industrial cooperation mode, then make policy recommendations for cities along the Silk Road region to realize the win-win. |
