Based On The Silk Road Economic Belt Industrial Synergies Of Xinjiang Industrial Spatial Layout Optimization Research

In the late 1980 s,the international situation gradually eased,global economic integration,trade and investment liberalization,regional grouping has become a world trend.With the development of regional economic integration organizations such as ASEAN and the European Union,the production and circulation of various countries have become more and more borders,and the international competitiveness has been effectively improved.In 2013,the Chinese President proposed the idea of building the economic belt of the Silk Road.The Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Party made it clear that it would further strengthen economic and trade exchanges with the countries along the Silk Road economic belt and promote the rapid development of the economy.Xinjiang,as the core area of the Silk Road economic zone,is an irreplaceable hub for connecting China and Central Asia,South Asia,West Asia and Eastern Europe and other economic countries in the economic zone of the Silk Road.Therefore,Xinjiang should seize the opportunity of the Silk Road economic belt strategy,optimize the layout of industrial space,enhance the international competitiveness of local industries,and realize the coordinated development of national industry along Xinjiang and Silk Road economic zone.Based on the theory of industrial location theory,industrial agglomeration and diffusion theory,industrial relevance theory and industrial life cycle theory,this study uses the statistical data from 2005 to 2014 to analyze the Xinjiang industry based on the synergistic effect of the Silk Road economic zone Spatial layout optimization.First of all,China and Xinjiang Silk Road economic belt along the national industrial space layout of the basic conditions.This paper analyzes the regional,political and humanistic basis of Xinjiang along the Silk Road economic zone,analyzes the economic complementarity between Xinjiang and the countries from the aspects of resource endowment,industrial structure,trade and market demand,and further analyzes the industrial advantages of Xinjiang and the countries along the line And market potential.Secondly,the status quo of Xinjiang industrial space layout based on the synergistic effect of Silk Road economic zone industry.Focusing on the situation of economic and trade cooperation between Xinjiang and the Silk Road economic zone,the status quo of industrial space layout and the status quo of industrial synergetic development.Thirdly,the synergistic measure of the national industrial space layout along the Xinjiang and the Silk Road economic zone.This paper constructs the index system from the four systems of economy,society,transportation and resources,and uses the economic belt industry synergistic effect of Xinjiang industrial space layout optimization safeguard measures.This paper puts forward the safeguard measures of Xinjiang's industrial space layout optimization based on the industrial synergistic effect of the Silk Road economic belt from three aspects: the infrastructure support of the industrial space layout,the system mechanism guarantee and the government support system,so as to ensure the smooth development of Xinjiang's industrial space layout Implementation.Through the study of this paper,the following main conclusions are obtained: First,By using the entropy method to measure the comprehensive development level of Xinjiang along the Silk Road economic zone,it is concluded that the comprehensive development level of Xinjiang and the national industry along the line is not high Optimization of the rising trend of Xinjiang comprehensive development level of industry is slightly higher than along the country.Second,The coupling model of Xinjiang and Silk Road economic belt is estimated by the coupling degree model.It is concluded that the coupling degree between Xinjiang and the national industry is very high and the coupling level is highly coupled.The coupling rankings are Kazakhstan,Uzbekistan,Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan,indicating that Xinjiang and the national industry along the degree of interdependence between the higher,more closely linked.Third,According to the coupled coordination degree model,Xinjiang and the Silk Road economic belt along the national industry coordination degree,obtained Xinjiang and along the country's industrial coordination degree for the good coordination,the degree of coordination gradually increased;coordination followed by Xinjiang and Kazakhstan,Uzbekistan,Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.Forth,Using DEA method to estimate the synergistic effect of Xinjiang and the Silk Road economic belt along the national industry,it is concluded that the synergistic effect of Xinjiang and the national industry as a whole is not strong.Among them,the structural optimization effect,the correlation effect and the technology diffusion effect are weak.Environmental effects and social effects are relatively good.
